January 5-12 2013 $2495**, $1995*

**1:2 staff ratio or wheelchair user
*1:4 staff ratio, more independent traveler

(BUS TRANSFER FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE PIER IS INCLUDED)

***PASSPORT IS NOT REQUIRED, BUT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. AT THIS POINT, JUST APPROVED GOVERNMENT I.D. PLUS CERTIFIED ORIGINAL COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED, UNLESS YOU NEED TO BE FLOWN IN OR OUT OF ONE OF THE DESTINATION PORTS. THIS COULD CHANGE, SO I DO RECOMMEND YOU ACQUIRE A PASSPORT IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.

The magic begins when we leave our home for Orlando, where we'll be transferred to the pier and board our ship, the Dream. We’ll sail overnight and enjoy a full day at sea on day two. During that time we’ll enjoy the many amenities and activities on board the ship. Day three we’ll land in Cozumel, Mexico. We’ll choose among various shore excursions there. Day four is another port, Belize, where we’ll opt to explore, and of course to shop. On Wednesday, day five, we visit Mahogany Bay on Isla Roatan. Want to hold a monkey? You might have an opportunity here. On Thursday we’ll visit Costa Maya, perhaps taking a trip to see ancient ruins left by long-gone civilizations. After another fun and relaxing day at sea, we’ll return to our home port of Port Canaveral, Florida.

Cruise ships cater very well to individuals with mobility limitations, and virtually all public areas of the ship are accessible. Please note that the Americans with Disabilities Act does not apply in other countries so wheelchair users will find accessibility is not as easy as we've come to expect in the USA. With assistance, manual-wheelchair-using participants should still be able to participate in many shore excursions, but they will need to be assisted up and down steps.

Included in this tour: All meals and activities aboard ship. All entertainment and tips. Transfers from the airport to the ship. Personal care assistance at a ratio of one staff per two clients, or one staff per four clients (those needing specialized medical care or overnight awake staff can bring an attendant at a rate of 70% of the tour cost plus airfare).

Not included:  Personal souvenirs, alcoholic or specialty beverages, soda pop (coffee, tea, milk, water and juice is included with meals). Shore excursions, if you wish to take them, are extra. We recommend vacationers bring approximately $150-$250 for spending money. Not included: $25 EACH WAY airline luggage fee for checked bags.

TRIP CANCELLATION/MEDICAL INSURANCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS CRUISE, as there are no refunds without it. This insurance also provides a medical policy that covers for out-of-country medical care. The cost is based on your age; please contact our office for a quote.
