If you love the BIG GREEN MACHINES you’ll love this trip! We’ll head out to Waterloo, Iowa and tour the John Deere assembly plant. The next day we’ll drive to Moline, IL where we’ll visit the huge Deere & company World Headquarters, and visit the John Deere pavilion. Here you’ll enjoy some hands-on experience with actual JD equipment (don’t worry, you won’t be driving, it’s in the museum!). If souvenirs are your thing, the JD gift shop here is huge, with everything—and anything—green that you’d ever want!

Nearby you can visit the magnificent mansions and gardens that the Deere family once called home.

The area has much more to visit, including the Iowa 80 Trucking Museum at Walcott, and the Channel Cat water taxi that explores the Quad Cities area by boat.
